Roar Fire provides service agreement proposals for new clients or existing clients to service their site. We provide extensive service and maintenance of all fire protection installations. Initially, we will attend site, conduct a walkthrough and provide service agreement proposal for your information. All of our monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual inspections are in accordance with Australian Standard 1851-2012.
While we understand the complexities of fire system compliance with Australian Standards, we also consider the productivity and impact on your business while attending site. We engage with all stakeholders and ensure our friendly technicians attend site with minimal fuss and disruption to your business.
Our customers can access our automated web portal where they can track real time status of services and critical defects for their sites. Clients can request quotes, site attendance, book jobs and view reports, assets and site tasks. Clients also have full access to their site history. We also provide FPA logbooks in addition to digital record keeping performed on all sites.
Roar Fire provides compliance testing to current BCA and Australian Standards to the following installations:
Roar Fire is committed to exceptional service and always has compliance and our customer’s best interest at the forefront of any of our decision making. If a fire system is not operable (major failure of the system), our service technician will not leave site until the client has been made aware and the issue has been dealt with immediately. We will ensure your fire system continues to work and function adequately in an emergency.
In addition to service and testing, Roar Fire provides cost estimating and provision of minor works where we provide a quote to rectify defects found during maintenance. Whether these are minor or major works, we ensure all facets of the job are compliant and executed to a high standard.
