Service & Maintenance

Roar Fire provides service agreement proposals for new clients or existing clients to service their site. We provide extensive service and maintenance of all fire protection installations.  Initially, we will attend site, conduct a walkthrough and provide service agreement proposal for your information.  All of our monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual inspections are in accordance with Australian Standard 1851-2012.

While we understand the complexities of fire system compliance with Australian Standards, we also consider the productivity and impact on your business while attending site.  We engage with all stakeholders and ensure our friendly technicians attend site with minimal fuss and disruption to your business.

Our customers can access our automated web portal where they can track real time status of services and critical defects for their sites.  Clients can request quotes, site attendance, book jobs and view reports, assets and site tasks.  Clients also have full access to their site history.  We also provide digital record keeping in addition to the onsite logbooks provided for the maintenance and testing performed on all sites.
